Specifications
The Vertiv™ VRC Split rack cooling system is designed to fit within a standard 19-inch IT rack and offers a space-saving solution specifically for applications that lack a double ceiling, building air conditioning, or the ability to handle in-building heat rejection. The split system consists of an indoor and outdoor unit connected with two field-installed copper pipes to transfer heat removed from IT equipment and reject it outdoors. Equipped with variable speed components, the VRC has scalable cooling capacity up to 3.5 kW, enabling low energy consumption and operational costs. The Split including a condensate pump to remove condensed water and help simplify condensate management. IT managers can monitor the status and performance of the server cooling system on the unit’s display or remotely using the plug-in communication card through SNMP or Modbus.
